Coping with gang stalking- test recipes

ANTI-HARASSMENT TECHNIQUES - FIGHTING GANG STALKING AND MIND CONTROL ATROCITIES

1 - Because illegal audio and video surveillance takes place on the victim by the stalkers, communication by handwritten notes is effective toward regaining some of the privacy denied the victim. The note may then be torn into shreds and a) flushed down the toilet, b) tossed out of a moving car while on the interstate, c) distributed among several public trash cans, d) urinated on and thrown into the bathroom trash can.

2 - Some of the pleasure obtained by gang stalkers is obtained by watching the emotional reaction of the victim. This can be mitigated by covering the face with a mask when it is apparent the stalkers are observing the individual. The more of the face covered the better.

More importantly, the direction of the eyes and the display of emotion are data that the stalkers use to identify what bothers the person the most. By closely watching the individuals eyes and emotions they determine what they can use in the future to harass the victim. The item causing distress is then placed within the line of sight of the victim repeatedly in the future. Using a mask when being watched robs the harassers of this information.

3 - Auditory stimuli such as ringing phones, pounding noises, screaming children, emergency vehicle sirens, etc are used to harass a selected individual. These are timed so that they occur just as an individual leaves the house or is passing by. If the individual stand back and observes for an extended period of time they can see that it was deliberately use to harass the individual. It is a clever method of harassment because innocent bystanders have no idea of what is being done to the individual. Also, accomplices can easily and unwittingly be swayed to participate under some ruse. Use of earplugs will stop the continued conditioning of fear and dread that is being conditioned in the individual to common sounds and sights.

4 - Individuals should refrain from reporting the harassment to anyone they did not know personally before it began. Victims may be tempted and even encouraged by harassers posing as friends to report the harassment to the police. This is an attempt to humiliate the victim or make them appear mentally unbalanced officially. First, relating the events sounds to malicious to be true to anyone who has not experienced it first hand. The person will be discredited as being mentally unstable which is what the harassers want. Second, if there is any investigation, the harassment will stop immediately and then resume once the investigation ceases. Third, alibis and cover ups are almost always predicted and planned for with an viable alibi, making the reporting individual appear mentally unstable. Finally, some individuals on the police department belong to the group of harassers, or are swayed through some false story or ruse to suspect the victim. Astute police officers can often tell what is happening without an explicit report.

4 - Individuals should talk directly with harassers. Many times stalkers have been told false stories about the individual and why they should be harassed. They may not realize the extent of the harassment or how what they are doing is being considered harassment. When the targeted individual provides information about themselves it adjusts the false perception the stalker has of that person as a "thief", "interloper", "foreigner", etc.

5. If electronic eavesdropping devices are being used, they can be used to:

a) provide the harassers with false information, too much information, conflicting information, e.g. pretend to be making a grocery list, pretend to like classical music.

b) provide information about oneself that will dispell the lies and smear campaign that have been used to discredit the individual (see 4)

c) make eavesdropping of the individual unpleasant by playing obnoxious music, boring lectures, irritating sounds.

6. Characteristics of the harassers:

- reaction time- there is usually a few minutes of reaction time for the harassers to respond to plans, changes, or surprising actions. First attempts to distract, irritate, or elude followers will be effective. Anything after that might be anticipated.

- tend to be easily provoked themselves and are especially sensitive to being called or having their children called uncoordinated, ugly or stupid.

- are told what to say and do by the leader of their shift or group. This means that when a targeted individual interacts with them one on one away from the overseer, they do not know what to do. Useful information can be obtained from them at this time.

- will interrupt the conversation, pull the person aside, or immediately leave the area if they suspect that a victim is conveying information that may reveal the attackers or their methods; or it appears the listener is believing what he or she is being told by the victim.

7. - It is beneficial to survey the area just beyond the harassers. Just beyond the normal scope of vision, there are usually more harassers standing about waiting for the victim to approach.

8 - The purpose of the harassers is to humiliate, defame, discredit, demoralize, and isolate the individual from friends and family. An individual can do several things to fight the psychological damage inflicted by gang harassment:

- Look at old photos that stimulate fond memories and remind him or her that they e family members and friends that love and respect them.

- Do things he or she loves to do, and that they can succeed at in order to raise one's morale.

- Listen to one's favorite music or play a musical instrument. Music uplifts the spirit and counteracts negative conditioning.

- Find reasons to laugh. Laughter also counteracts negative programming and relieves stress.

- Continue meditating - this enhances ones ability to determine when oneself or another person is not acting themselves; helps you to remain compassion towards others.

9 - For temporary privacy, a harassed individual can park on the side of the road on a busy highway. The harassers are unable to get close enough to see what the individual is doing or use their eavesdropping devices.

10 - Reduce use of radio, television, other media, or be very vigilant as to the effect of the news on ones emotions. Turn off the source of media news if it is negative or extremely manipulative. The media is used in the following ways: 1) change ones sense of reality by making references to personal situations, 2) condition one to behave in response to images or sounds; setting up a trigger response that will be used in the future to elicit an emotion or behavior 3) opinions and emotional responses are manipulated through false stories.

11 - Some of the people stalking an individual know what is going on and are somewhat unwilling and will do things to alleviate the distress and/or help the individual. These allies should be quietly identified and protected. Don't give them away and don't miss it when it happens.

12- The targeted individual should be wary of friendly warnings and advice encouraging him or her to stop an activity. It often means that what he or she is impeding the harassers.

13- Harassers like to blend into the surroundings. Sometimes, drawing attention to oneself is desirable. When passing in front of surveillance cameras targeted individuals may want to make visible motions to indicate they do not know and do not like the people following closely on all sides of them.

- turn on flashers while driving
- make obscene gestures if comfortable doing this
- honk horn
