So, what is HAARP? The acronym stands for High frequency Active Auroral Research Program. The device is designed to "beam more than 1.7 gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere - the electrically charged layer above Earth's atmosphere."[97] Begich and Manning's book looks at what effects modulated radio frequencies have on animals, including humans, and the environment.

Gang Stalking as a US Govt agenda

The following video appears on the Internet when typing the term "gangstalking" into the Google search engine. It is not completely clear whether this is a hoax or not.

Imprisonment through terrorism

Selected individuals in this country are imprisoned within set physical boundaries by "corralling" them. The use of automobiles and walls of human bodies contain the persons physical movements. They are essentially stalked, that is, followed by numerous cars everywhere they go. If the person goes to places that the stalkers do not wish him or her to go, the intensity of the stalking increases. The number of individuals standing near, walking by, and following the person increases. The person is "scooted" back to their own neighborhood and house. When the person attempts to leave the house, cars and individuals begin to walk in front of, behind, and cross the individuals path. If the stalking group does not want the person in the neighborhood, they do this every time the person leaves the house. If they stalking group wants to imprison the person within their own home, they stalk them until they return to their own neighborhood, then the number of stalkers thins out as the person gets closer to their residence.

When an individual goes into a grocery store or bank that the stalkers do not want the individual to go, they stand near the check out counter and then form a long line in front of the individual. They will also do other harassing things such as talking one of the cashiers into leaving the register just as the individual gets in line, or setting up a scenario which involves a customer who is standing in front of the individual to ask lengthy questions to delay the line.

When stalking in retail stores, the stalking group spreads out into assigned areas. There is usually a person sitting in a very strategic spot watching, and individuals standing near the corners and outlying areas of the store pretending to shop. Persons are "stationed" in every area of the store so that they can signal each other to walk in front of the person, follow them, or walk across their path from a side aisle.

The stalking group is particularly malicious and will continue to do this to an individual until the individual, over a long period of time, gets upset and aggravated. They then use this visual display of emotion to persuade others to harass the individual even more, by claiming that the person has an anger management problem, has a lack of assertiveness problem, or is mentally unstable and should be monitored constantly.

Psychological Operations (PSYOP, PSYOPS) are techniques used by military, police and religious groups to influence a target audience's value systems, belief systems, emotions, motives, reasoning, and behavior. Target audiences can be governments, organizations, groups, and individuals, and are used in order to induce confessions, or reinforce attitudes and behaviors favorable to the originator's objectives. These are sometimes combined with black operations or false flag tactics.

This concept has been used by military institutions throughout history, but it is only since the twentieth century that it has been accorded the organizational and professional status it enjoys now.

The word is commonly used by governments who do not wish to use the term propaganda or brainwashing to refer to their own work. The word propaganda has very negative connotations, and by calling it psychological operations instead, more sophisticated methods of psychological manipulation are accurately incorporated by the terminology. This euphemism for mind control is ironically an example of psychological operations -- i.e. using psychological techniques to persuade [manipulate] a large number of people to support something that they wouldn't normally support.[1]
